After living here for several months, I cannot recommend this building. The property is still in disarray. There are unfinished areas throughout the site, construction materials are scattered around, the driveway remains incomplete, landscaping is only partially finished, and exterior steel work is still unfinished—even though people have been living here for months. For a small and new company they have been very accommodating and their communication has been great. I recommend them for your new development and construction needs. Quality and care put into their work is shown.
Incompetent unorganized and unprofessional company they will give you excuses and the runaround on different move-in dates. They will finish the inside of the building, but not the roof. They will lie to you about why you can’t even move in saying there’s a high ticket item that they’re waiting on the day that we’re supposed to be OK to move in . Turns out they didn’t pass on inspection. This is unprofessional Company . Not able to finish a job on time leaving people and scrambles and with no care
