I recently bought a car at Modern Toyota of Asheboro and had a fantastic experience. Mike, Maitai, and Kate were incredibly kind and a pleasure to work with. The entire sales team was great!
I didn't like the fact that we had to go through an auction process to buy the additional warranty. I felt good about the deal we made until we had to go back and forth making offers to by the extra warranty. The extra warranty should have been a fixed price.
Not a great first experience. Made an appointment to get my car serviced for the 5,000 mile maintenance. Check in was fine advisor was friendly. Waited almost 2 hrs for my car. Went up to ask an advisor if my car was almost ready and he said "I dont know you will have to ask the person that checked you in". She was busy thats why I did not ask her first. Went and asked her so she went to ask someone else and he was like "its ready here are the keys , do you need paper work" to which I responded no because I was ready to go. ... read more
