The staff was very helpful, especially with my parents as well as we both did in fact need cars. Of course that made the process go by a lot faster, but both parties came out very happy last night and I was able to drive my first car off the lot! Amazing service.

Dealership wasn’t willing to work with me because I’d be shipping the vehicle. I said I would accept liability and they still refused service
don’t enjoy spending hours at dealerships, so I appreciated how efficiently the team handled everything. Most of the details were worked out before I arrived, which made delivery day quick and stress-free. The staff was professional, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the process. Overall, a smooth buying experience and I’m very happy with my new Tacoma.

They called / text immediately but didn’t seem to u Serrano we were three hours away. We text the next day to set up a time and the salesman had no idea what we were talking about. I’m not interested in dealing them again.
Overall smooth experience with very helpful staff.
