If I could give this showing a zero at 98-81 queens blvd Trylon Tower, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had touring a property. From the moment my partner and I walked into the building, the agent—Vincent Yee—was dismissive and had a clear attitude. When we asked about the different layouts, he curtly responded that those were “in the lowest range,” which felt unnecessarily condescending. Last Friday we met Jasmina, she walked up with such welcoming positive energy. We saw the space and fell in love. This Friday we are signing a lease. She pushed the process along and kept us in the loop the entire time. You could only hope to always work with an agent like this.
