I called and booked an appointment. They called me a couple hours later to say sorry someone left early, and they have to cancel. You be tried several times to book an appointment. Definitely not walk in friendly. They are not looking for new customers I guess. Don’t waste your time trying to book.

Someone was willing to stay late after hours for you and ended up having a family emergency. They didn't just "leave early." We are absolutely taking new clients but sometimes, as you were informed, we are short staffed due to vacations and we cannot always accommodate people the same day they call, especially on a Saturday.

My daughter set up the appointment for me, herself and her sister for full sets. Because my natural nails were long in several fingers, I did not get a full set as they didn't feel that was a good option. Now my nails are short , uneven, one finger has dried blood from being cut, the corners are were filled down so far they hurt. It looks like I have clumps on my nails and about 5 layers of gel polish that are not fully cured. Taylor did an amazing job! Loved the salon. Clean, great staff, lots of choices for colors. I highly recommend! The mimosas are a plus as well.
The best nail salon in Eugene. Fun and caring nail techs, who do a wonderful job!!
