i had to reshape them when i got home. i wasnt asked what i had in mind or really wanted before they started just putting stuff on my nails. not to mention it took 5 hours due to their mistakes. my nails have hurt since i got them a week ago because they over used an electrical file so my nails are now completely damaged underneath and my middle finger nail on my left hand is split after just a week in the middle of my nail and im afraid to go get it fixed because of the horrible experience i had and i would hate to have to ... read more

Big sign “Walk ins welcome” that is not a true statement. There were 3 customers in the salon when I “walked in” at 11:30 told had to wait for an appointment at 3:15 - Not Walk in welcome behavior
