Our property suffered a lot of damage from the few recent storm that blew over due to the negligence of this company. Over 2 month ago MRE company removed roofing material from the roof over my apartment with no installation of water proofing on the open membrane the recent storm brought a lot of rain and the water intruded through every avenue in the roof it could. was approached by this company for a free roofing inspection. Scheduled it, they were an hour and 45 minutes late. They call me while I am at work to go over it, they had told my wife there were some leaks. I was at work and could not speak to them then. I asked them to email me or call later. They took care of everything from permits to cleanup each day. Luis communicated effectively each step in the process. We had quotes from seven different roofing companies.
