Larry repaired my roof that had some damage do to Storm and high winds. He did an excellent job. He and his company are stand up people. I wouldn't trust my roofing needs with another company after Modern renovations took great care of my roof. He was very punctual, and very professional. Larry from Modern Renovations was great to work with. I was in the middle of a move and needed the roofs replaced at both my old and new homes. He quickly turned around a quote at a great price and worked us into the schedule to get both done fast before closing. Both homes had large, complex rooflines, and each was completed in two days. The foreman was excellent, made sure everything was protected, and the cleanup was thorough. Great customer service all around. I would definitely recommend Modern Renovations.
Very pleasant and professional staff. There crew was there when they said they would be and worked daylight to dark and transformed our mobile home with new windows and siding. See photos.
