Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did installing my new roof! The weather was cold but your roofers did a fantastic job getting my roof done, and all cleanup, in one day! The shingles used were one of the reasons I chose Modern Renovations for the job. Duration shingles, made by Owen’s Corning “SureNail” Technology won me over. I highly recommend Modern Renovations if you really in need of a roof.

Contacted Modern Renovations for a consultation after heavy wind damaged a few of our shingles. Shawn provided prompt and professional service, and showed up earlier than expected which was great. The quoted estimate was excellent for the quality of service they provide. They were also able to repair the roof the same day. Modern Renovations goes above and beyond to ensure your job is completed in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend them!
