They were the quickest contractor to schedule an initial visit, provided an excellent quote within 30 minutes of the meeting, and did a great job on the decks. Kristin did an exceptional job of communicating the status of the projects on a regular basis. We had an old, leaky metal roof and gutters that were well over due for replacement. Shawn came out and discussed options with us and made clear what to expect throughout the process. Despite receiving multiple estimates from other contractors we decided Modern Renovations felt like the best choice for us. Now, about 8 months post project, we are very happy with our choice in using Modern Renovations - highly recommend.
Contractors showed on on time and efficiently worked on taking off the old and replacing the new. cleaned up when done. Satisfied customer.
