I have known Larry for a long time. Honest and hardworking.
We had an old, leaky metal roof and gutters that were well over due for replacement. Shawn came out and discussed options with us and made clear what to expect throughout the process. Despite receiving multiple estimates from other contractors we decided Modern Renovations felt like the best choice for us. Now, about 8 months post project, we are very happy with our choice in using Modern Renovations - highly recommend.
Contractors showed on on time and efficiently worked on taking off the old and replacing the new. cleaned up when done. Satisfied customer.
Larry and his team were fantastic to work with. He provided a fantastic overview of the current state of our roof and our options (at a killer price point that nobody else could touch), without pressuring us in any way. His team at the office kept us informed along the way, and the installation was professional and quick. The roof looks great! I have already been recommending Modern Renovations to my friends and will continue to do so.
