I live outside of the U.S., and working with Modern Property Mortgage was one of the best decisions I made. Despite the distance, the team made the entire mortgage process smooth, clear, and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive, explained everything in detail, and truly went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. I felt supported from start to finish. Highly recommend them—especially if you're overseas and looking for a reliable, trustworthyteam!
Avoid if you can!!!!!! I was a tenant for 4 years. Very hard to get responses to maintenance requests besides those initial automated messages. They obviously have little respect for tenants. If I could do it all over I would spend my money else where. I encourage you reading this to do the same.

Just a quick review to show my appreciation for Modern Property Management services. I have 3 properties in the LA area and cannot be happier with their services and technology. All paperwork is emailed to me monthly showing rents and any work that was done on the properties. I am in the process of buying a 8 unit apartment and will be giving them my business.
I’ve had an outstanding experience with Modern Property Management and can’t recommend them highly enough. From day one, their team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They’ve made managing my property stress-free and seamless.
