I can’t thank MPM enough. They took over my 4 unit property and turned it around. I had two vacancies which they leased in 34 days and fixed all the issues with the units. Their vendors prices were very reasonable. I am buying more properties this year and will be sending them to MPM. Thank you again for your services.
Beware of renting in a building managed by this company! Notice all of the positive reviews are by landlords. Their business model seems to be to keep your landlord happy by collecting rent and ignoring maintenance. I haven't had working heat, a legal requirement in California, in over a week. Great location, Bad management. This company fails to complete any maintenance requests. We have had a broken front door knob for 6+ months. Our multiple requests have been ignored. Mold in the bathroom, poor ventilation, rusting balcony’s, etc. I’ve had to take it upon myself to fix many problems in/outside of the apartment because of unanswered requests but they have no problems notifying us that they’re raising the rent. Alek is the best. He’s honest, upfront and knows exactly what he’s doing. You can be rest assured you’re in good hands and everything will be taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
Avoid this company at all costs both as a landlord and as a tenant. MPM took over the management of my building about a year ago. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. Mostly because the actual individual who manages the building, Arvin Norouzi, is unprofessional and extremely rude. His communication style is patronizing and abusive.
