I have given this establishment several tries after having bad expieriences that I have NEVER had at any other salon. My last bad expierience I called and requested a partial refund because the polish they used was so diluted to make more product my nails still would not dry several hours later making my manicure pointless. Also my nails where ruined for an event I had them done for that evening. I returned a few times since. They take hours of my time to do what other salons do more efficiently. My African American girlfriend and her white friend came to this salon together and got the exact same gel manicure. Before any work was done, my girlfriend was told she had to pay up front, while her friend was never asked to pay until after the service. When we confronted the manager, his excuse was that it was because of the gel manicure. That made no sense.
