i used to really love coming here and would make the drive (40+ minutes) and have for 3 years but the last time i went there was a disabled customer next to me and the staff were treating her very harshly and laughing at her difficulty to understand and make decisions. they asked me to help her make decisions and i did so with no hesitation as it is my job in real life. my nail tech also upcharged me by $20 with no explanation for services that have always cost me less (full set french tips $85 suddenly ) they also were done... read more

On a vacation with my partner when I decided I wanted to get my nails and toes done, they said they didn’t have time for both so I decided to just do toes, my tech did such a beautiful job (I will insert pics).. she even did poly gel on my big toe to really make the set I wanted look like the one in the picture , more people ended up coming in after me and they were able to get their nails n toes done. I wish I got the techs name, she was wonderful and super nice.
