AC/Heating unit wasnt getting to temp and had another company bloom at it and gave a price of 2k saying to shop around but nobody will come close so called my new friends and came next morning on time they said! Very professional and quick finding problem and fixing! When asked how much, I said might have to give half then final payment in a week and bi was unaware that price was less than a third of 2k and built trust I’m using them now on!
Modern Mechanical is always there when I need them. They treat every call like it’s an emergency. The workers Are extremely knowledgeable. They diagnose the problem within minutes they make the repairs and they do it with a smile on their face. The owner, Rich is a great guy, but I must admit that Matt is my favorite.
