Yadira did an amazing job! This was my first time and I was a bit uneasy bc I have never had anyone else in my home that I didn’t know. She text me when she got here and made sure I knew she would be okay with my dog. I came home after a 12 hour day to a clean home and happy dog !! I will definitely be booking again! I schedule a one time clean as I had family coming in last minute. I just got home to my clean place, and all I can say is wow! My place has never looked this amazing! She went so above and beyond, and did things I never would have even thought about. So thank you! I'll definitely be signing up for recurring package.
Friendly staff and very responsive. However, I hired them to do a move-in/move-out cleaning but the cabinets weren't wiped out, light switch covers weren't wiped off, drawers were not wiped out, and marks on the wall weren't attempted to be wiped off because they weren't sure they could get it off. Clarified that these were things that are part of this service and they did confirm that these items should be included. So easy to book and they arrived right on time. I’ve used various maid services and the cleaning job and friendliness of this crew made modern maids by far the best I’ve ever used! Will definitely use again!
I was originally drawn to Modern Maids because they offer a great discount on subscription cleans. I've been on the subscription package for a few months now (long enough to tell if it's worth it) and I could not be more impressed! It's nice having upfront pricing and being able to take care of everything from an app. I have my cleans set up for every other Tuesday and every time I come home from work on these days I'm thoroughly impressed. Thank you for giving me peace of mind when it comes to getting my home cleaned!
Modern Maids did a great job on my apartment! I was out of town and I booked the clean and my roommates loved it. It was so easy and convenient! Definitely will use them again! :)
