We have been using Modern Heating Co. for over 20 years. No one has better service. Our furnace went out at 2:00 am with temps below zero. Call Modern Heating 24hr service number and tech arrived with 90 minutes. Had us back up and warn within an hour. Great service and very fair pricing.
