Modern Heating is our go to for all our heating and air conditioning needs!!
Had a service call for cooling problems, tech comes out and works about 45 minutes and says it's fixed will take a little while to cool down. 2 hrs later still 87 degrees and the tech went home after my call I have major health issues and they say they can't come back till monday and this is Friday We sincerely apologize for the experience you described. We understand how critical a functioning cooling system isespecially when health concerns are involvedand we're truly sorry that our response did not meet your expectations.... read more

During the coldest day of the year, I woke up to no heat in my home. I called Modern Heating and they were at my house in about an hour. They fixed the problem **** and charged my a very fair price. I will always do business with this company
