Modern Heating was out again today to do the annual maintenance on my furnaces. They always do great job and are easy to deal with and frankly nice people. I've had them now for 32 years and the new furnaces and A/C's they installed are still going strong with no repairs needed. I highly recommend them. Always do an awesome job on annual maintenance for both A/C and Furnace. Also did the original installation years ago and was fabulous. Highly recommended.

Submitted a request online for some cracked PVC pipes in my pool. The business called me back the next day, I explained the problem and they said they could have someone out the very next morning between 8-9am. I work downtown Chicago so took the day off to be home. When 9:30 rolled around and no one had shown up, I called to check on the status. The repairman was here within an hour. He explained what he would do and went to work. He had a new pump in thirty minutes later. Craig was smart, upfront, and quick. All in all an excellent experience. I would recommend them to family and friends.
