******* checked our furnace and air conditioner for the spring season. ******* is a real asset to the company. We have had Modern Heating for many years and are well pleased with them.
Tech was quick to point out what had to be done. Very knowledgeable about what the A/C system needed.

During the coldest day of the year, I woke up to no heat in my home. I called Modern Heating and they were at my house in about an hour. They fixed the problem **** and charged my a very fair price. I will always do business with this company
