They followed up on a hardware problem with a high level of professionalism and really went the extra mile to make absolutely sure my system was up and working. I am happy to leave a review for Chris and Modern Heating. The gas company shut the gas off due to a leak so everything had to happen pretty quick given the cold weather. Chris returned my call very quickly and was able to come by the next day to give me an estimate. Everything was prompt and scheduled quickly and he even offered to drop off space heaters for the Tenant that night, which was greatly appreciated as I live out of town and was not able to make it there.
