I am happy to leave a review for Chris and Modern Heating. The gas company shut the gas off due to a leak so everything had to happen pretty quick given the cold weather. Chris returned my call very quickly and was able to come by the next day to give me an estimate. Everything was prompt and scheduled quickly and he even offered to drop off space heaters for the Tenant that night, which was greatly appreciated as I live out of town and was not able to make it there. Although we did not go with Modern HVAC, we would still give 5 stars. They were incredibly responsive: I called for a quote on a new heating system in the morning, the person showed up by noon & I had a quote by the end of the day. They were also the least expensive quote we got, but the company we ultimately went with offered a slightly better guarantee. Otherwise, we’d be doing business with Modern.
