Modern Health might have a team of talented therapists but their organizational side and customer service is a total nightmare. If you get Chelsea as your customer service agent, make sure you ask to be transferred to another agent. I lost close to $300 because Chelsea paired me with someone who doesn't accept my companies insurance even though I went to Modern Health for coverage. On top of this they are slow to respond and are severely technically limited. They get your money and that's all they care about.
