WORST Service ever in the entirety of my life – If I could give a negative rating I would. This was the worst experience , in any type of service industry, I have ever had. My family moved to Allen so I had to change eye doctors from the same Plano eye center that i've been frequenting for the past 6 yrs. Never once did I have a problem there. Horrible Customer Service – My wife was having problems with the contact in her right eye. Same prescription in both eyes. We decided to try a different manufacturer that she had used in the past to see if that would solve her problem. I ordered the contacts online. The order was declined by the doctor's office. Even though we had been in within the past 4 months, the prescription was the same, only a different manufacturer that my wife had used prior, they wouldn't let us fill the prescription without coming in.
