Really think they deserve no stars. What can you do better....Sight unseen:treat customer courtesy, humane and empathic. The doctor, I don't know about I never met her, seems like a no-good person. My appointment was canceled by the staff who sent an email saying they no longer participate in the special program, Brillen.com, I was taking advantage of. The company has ceased to use this clinic. This occurred after I politely inquire on an ASL interpreter (I am hard of hearing). I have had more success with interpreters at ey... read more
Dr. Franklin is awesome and her staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job of reviewing our benefits to save my wife and I a good amount on our visit. Plus, I have hard to fit lenses and Dr. Franklin always sets aside extra time to ensure the fit is good. Making Modern Eye your provider is a no brainer.

Replacing glasses can be a hassle, but the folks at modern eyes made the experience a good one. Tim took considerable time helping me find the best lenses while Dr. Franklin assisted in finding the best frames to complement the contours of my face. Everything about my visit was first class, from the amazing Dr, enjoyable eye test, super friendly staff, great selection of glasses. Profesinal service with a warm smile! I would love to give Modern Eye 10 starts but it only allows me to give 5. I am aheady looking forward to my next visit!

I had a wonderful experience picking out frames today at Modern Eyes. Tae is the best! He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. He helped me pick out a pair of glasses I'm excited about and can't wait to wear! He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I found frames that worked with my face shape, eye color, and hair color.
