Lost a lens from my glasses I had purchased at Modern Eye. Didn't have vision insurance so figured I had to resign myself to paying for an exam and an entire new pair. Called Modern Eye and they looked up when I had purchased and said it was still under warranty. Came in and they replaced both lenses and re-sized the frame free of charge. So grateful that they took the extra time to see if the glasses were covered.
Boutique with pricey but offers a selection of cool and fancy frames. The actual glasses are fine. My advice is ask about what you are buying, get the details so you understand the value prop.
Brittany was exceptionally helpful with picking out frames suited to my face and style. She was intelligent and very friendly, and the vibe of the whole store was welcoming, fun, and stress-free!
Briefly visiting Philadelphia and had a couple pairs of glasses that needed readjustment. Brittany assisted me and was a helpful and friendly conversationalist. Both glasses fit perfectly now too! Ideal customer service. Would come back if I lived here.
