DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY". Complete and utter lack of any professionalism and responsiveness. I could write a book. We signed a contract 7 months ago for roofing and siding. We were guaranteed both would be completed within the next couple of months. We hired American Modern Exteriors for $11,000 worth of facia and soffit work on our house. We paid half down immediately and they promptly cashed the check. We were told they could do the work for us in the next 6-7 weeks. We didn’t hear anything for 6 weeks, so we called 4-5 times before finally getting a return call that they would be at our home to start the project on the Monday of the 8th week since we signed for the work.
