Scott helped my sister and i sell our house that we had inherited. He was very knowledgeable on dealing with the trust and all of that because we were unfamiliar with how all that works. He placed up on Zillow and within that day we had 3-4 families come look at our property. It was sold in just over a month. We are thrilled with the price we got for the house, as well as having worked with Scott. He made the process a breeze and we will be using him in the future if we need a realtor.

He owned our house before we purchased it and "flipped" it. Less than 1 year later our floors are peeling up and broken, every single appliance has broken including: dishwasher, microwave, oven, HVAC and hot water heater. He painted white over everything to hide problems including a broken shower pan and water damage. Do not buy a house from him.
