The entire group at Modern Edge is professional and extremely helpful! We have bought two homes with them and sold one as well. They have made each process as smooth as possible. They were able to get us top dollar when we sold our home and that wasn't easy given the location. They were recommended to us by a friend and we have since referred multiple families. You won't be disappointed!

Ashleigh & Brooks were monumental in our home building experience. They not only went above and beyond in helping us select the right builder, but their experience in knowing where we had room to negotiate, what to question and what was worth upgrading and what wasn’t saved us time and money. Brooks and Ashleigh are extremely knowledgeable and answer any and all questions I've had (and continue to have) as a first-time home buyer. I had been looking for a house for some time and thought I was savvy, but they would always catch something I missed, which saved me more than once. Brooks and Ashleigh helped us purchase our first home two years ago, and then this month, sold our home and helped us buy another! They were the best!
