This is the first time ever writing a review for anyone. We just finished our condo renovation in Brickell Miami with Modern Design Miami. We were introduced to them by our designer Anick Vorbe. The team at MDM is excellent and very professional. They delivered what I wanted in good time. Was actually a fun experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone !!!

MDM was hired to oversee contract work on a home redevelopment. MDM and its contractors act in a way that should give any property owner or developer pause before working with them. A partial list below: (1) Caused unnecessary structural and superficial damage to the property. One of many examples - the person who was supposed to be monitoring excavator work was playing with his phone and dug a hole in a wall that wasn't even close to where he was supposed to be digging (2) MDM often disappeared from the site, and left contr... read more
