Elyssa was amazing Very thorough cleaning, with explanations of what was being done and why. Best cleaning ever! And personable and enthusiastic about her work, to boot.
Dr Simon and staff make me feel comfortable...relaxed even. I have great conversations (around the instruments "in my mouth"). The staff is friendly and caring. When I ask a question about a service they look up the necessary information even if it's not part of my visit. Not sure why people don't like going to the dentist. Dr Simon is a pleasure to chat with as well. I've enjoyed my visits from the very first (years ago) and will continue to come back as long as I live in IL. We love this practice. The hygienists are wonderful and Doctor Simon is personable and extremely approachable. Most 3 kids love going to dentist and my oldest went in for his first filling today and came out happy!

Keeping them clean Today I had my 6 month check up/cleaning at Dr Simon's office. As usual I was greeted with a smile and asked to come back to the first office on the right. Deb (dental hygienist) who has been instructing me on the best way to take care of my teeth was there today with more tid bits of info. I have been seeing Dr Simon and his staff for several years and wouldn't change for anything. Dr, Deb and I ask about our families, Dr and I share cooking tips then Deb does her cleaning routine.
