Another pleasant day at the (dentist's) office. My bi-annual checkup went very well, not just because I had no cavities and very little plaque, but because the dental Hygienist, Debbie, was her usual pleasant self. She gave me helpful technical advice on how to attack the tough spots without nagging about my sporadic brushing habits. More like firm encouragement to do the right thing for my teeth.
