The experience in the office was fantastic-as usual. I do want to let you know that you need to take a look at your follow up/confirmation process. I received 7-8 contacts (cell call, office call , email, text) in the week leading up to the appointment continuing to ask me to confirm that I was coming. I would think one confirmation the week of and an email/text reminder day before would be sufficient
