RecommendedAmazing experience every single time. The main dental receptionist is beyond lovely to work with, the hygienists are so gentle, and the main dentists focus on areas unique to you. 10/10 recommend!
Double and triple check your bills! They are SHADY! I was charged for an upgrade that I never consented to or wanted. Have received multiple double statements in mail that had long been paid. When I called, they just apologized. I could see this happening once, but multiple times is shady. They are just banking on you paying and not realizing. Patient BEWARE!!!!!!!
I will never ever go anywhere else. Everyone there is so nice.
My husband and I have been using Modern Dental for a little over 4 years now and absolutely love the service! They have very friendly and personable staff members (in person and on the phones), their hours are very accommodating for those that work longer office hours, plenty of street parking or perfect location to walk in the Lakeview neighborhood.
