My washer stopped spinning because it was off balance and the rods were wore out. Bassem was very communicative and didn't wait a week to come out and fix my washer. As soon as the parts were in, he called to schedule and come and fix it. Thanks again and would recommend again.

Bassem was able to come next day to work on our dryer. He also checked in on our refrigerator and recommended changing the shelving before we started expensive repairs. We have found him to be honest, hard working, and willing to give good advice even if it means less money for him. Highly recommend!
