RecommendedThis was my favorite apartment complex on the west LA area. Amenities are great and better that all other apartments we shopped for, and prices are reasonable. It's located in a safe and clean area. Apartments are modern, new , clean and well taken care of. Management team are super friendly and supportive, specially Alyssa, she helped me and my wife a great deal, we were very picky and some time annoying but she was honest, patient, friendly and descriptive.
Thank you to leasing agent Deborah Budginas, she's extremely patient and attentive! The whole team made me feel welcomed and help me along every step of the way! Besides the beautiful amenities, everyone here is super nice!
Amazing apartment complex! We worked with Reggie and he took the time to show us different units for over an hour and we found the perfect one. He also answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process. Highly recommend checking out Modera!
