Verified Renter Great staff and maintenance. Great people living here. Love the pool and clubhouse. A little pricey !!! Not sure how long I can live here if rent keeps going up.
Verified Renter Finalizing the lease was quick and the staff was helpful throughout the entire moving-in process. We appreciate the short commute to work and the fact that the school is also close. Happy to have had this as an option when we were looking for housing!
Verified Renter This is a " neighborhood " feeling community. Maintenance is very reliable and the staff bends over backwards to keep the residents happy. And the residents here are wonderful.
Verified Renter Nice modern place with very nice and professional personnel.
Verified Renter Great place to live. Most people are friendly. Pool and gym are wonderful amenities. All the staff are always very accommodating.
Verified Renter A pleasure to live here.
Verified Renter I would write a very positive review if there were improvements as suggested. I took a lot of time to thoughtfully give suggestions and I would appreciate a response.
Verified Renter Modera Natick is a great place to live. There are great staff who are kind, respectful and responsive to needs. There's a beautiful, clean pool; yoga and a pristine exercise room that's open 24 hours. The dog park is brand new if you have a furry friend and indoor parking can be bought. With friendly neighbors, and gorgeous grounds in a convenient neighborhood, I feel fortunate to live here.
Verified Renter It's been a friendly, efficient process to lease and move in, with plenty of prospects to enjoy activities with neighbors - or choose not to. The location offers all the commercial services and shopping opportunities needed, but it's in a quiet residential neighborhood.
