They do not stand by their product and have bad customer service. I will not be shopping there again. Settings are faulty, and diamonds fall out. Do not shop here.
Just bought my wife her engagement ring from Model Jewelry today, and I couldn't be happier! Ilana was so welcoming, and she handled everything so professionally. If you're in downtown LA looking for an incredible deal from an incredible jeweler, go to Model Jewelry and ask for Ilana!
This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I have never had a retail store attempt to cheat me and take advantage of me as badly as Model Jewelry. They lied and are crooks. They sold me a ring claimed it was 1 carat total weight in diamonds turned out to be only .47 tried to return it and get my money back they wanted to charge me a restocking fee finally got them to give me 20% of my money back and keep the ring even though what I paid for I got less than 50%.
