My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Jackson today and we both walked out of the office feeling well-informed and happy to have found such an engaging dentist. Dr. Jackson is friendly, funny, and it is completely clear that he loves what he does. My hygienist, Jenny, was exactly the same! My husband said his hygienist was just as kind and personable as mine (sorry but I didn’t get her name). Had not had a visit since August 2019. Once I arrived I called the office number and someone asked me screening questions. Once complete I entered. Temperature was taken. Everyone wore masks and I felt safe. My hygienist wore appropriate protective gear. All went very well.
All the staff are pleasant.The cleaning as well as the oral exam are thorough.Thanks to an early catch of tongue cancer by Dr Eric Jackson I have been cancer free for 4 years now. Since it was caught early I didn't need chemo either. This is because they really examine the mouth and lift up the tongue as a good exam requires ( some dentists in the area don't which was frequently confirmed by friends who were surprised that my dentist lifts and looks at the underside of the tongue and checks the gums. The check in is safe, all personnel practice appropriate safe practices, I was taken on time and the cleaning procedure was completed in less than one hour. I had been reluctant to go through the process during the pandemic but am glad to have it completed. The office staff should be commended.

I had a bridge that did not hold up done by another DDS. 2 of the 4 teeth fell out.Called Dr. Jackson and he repaired it the next day.Dr. Jackson has done other work on me in the past.He is a professional at his skill, honest, explains in detail on what he will be doing. Also has a wonderful office staff. Amazing how his office is Covid 19 equipped. I can's say enough about his work. His the best.

Great dental visit with Anita and Dr. Jeff and with all of the staff from checking in to payment and exit. Everyone was courteous and careful, especially with COVID-19, and helpful!
My family has been patients of Dr Jeff and staff for 20 years. They are efficient, professional and always nice. Laura in the office has gone out of her way numerous times to handle a glitch we had with our insurance. Great place!
