I was treated with respect and above all I felt very safe. This is my first visit since the covid pandemic and I was very pleased with all of the precautions that were in place. Hats off to the entire staff
I had a terrific check up today with Dr Jeff and Dental Hygienist Kim. The office was set up to accommodate the COVID crisis that we are experiencing. I called when arriving. I was asked a series of questions about my health/ exposure to others. Only then was I allowed into the office waiting room. I was immediately met given hand sanitizer and had my temperature taken. Felt so good to have my teeth. Great professionalism and office updates due to Covid-19 made the visit comfortable and safe in every way!
Once again Dr. Jackson has done maticulous work ...right now we have a temporary plan until i can afford implants...i fell on rough times in the past and i had several horrible traumatizing dental experiences...Im so glad i chose Dr. Jackson because we finished part two of phase one of our plan....i am very emotional about my teeth because i used to have beautiful teeth....i truly believe that Dr. Jackson and his superb technique will one day give me back my confidence so i can smile again and take family pictures where i ca... read more

Dr. Jackson was very informative and a very gentle approach...him and his assistant relieved my anxiety throughout my entire visit...i have had very bad dental experiences in the past get very nervous these days...i need alot of restorative work done that i have been putting off because of those bad experiences but thanks to Dr. Jackson we have a plan to make it where i can smile again without covering my mouth!! Thank you Dr. Jackson for the future dental work you will be performing on me!!
I broke a tooth at dinner. The reminder of the tooth was very sharp. I called and quickly received an emergency appointment where my problem was resolved completely. Great work!
