We stopped in while visiting from out of state. They fit us in 30 minutes from calling for both of my kids. Salon was modern & clean. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.The Stylists are knowledgeable and trained under the Salon's Master Stylists. They are patient and take their time. Quality work. Definitely THE BEST haircut my kids have ever gotten. Especially for the price. Will be back to get mine done soon.

I booked an appointment on Friday for a haircut at 6 p.m. I called on Wednesday, so the team managed to fit me in pretty quickly- great! I like to have more of a conversation with my hairstylist to figure out the best cut and style for me. My hairstylist was not interested. Before we got to the haircut, I explained that I wanted to cut off about 6-8 inches, I wanted minimal styling, and I liked the piecey, bedhead type look, but also straighten it every now and then. My normal stylist Emily W was off today and booked up after that, my fault for waiting until the last minute so Jimmy had time for me. As always super service, professional, and wonderful stylists. Have never been disappointed with any of them. I have referred others to the Salon and they were very happy with the results as well. Great job Team Salon Mode West.

Hidden gem! Not only does this salon use only Aveda products, they offer you a drink while you wait and a complimentary neck massage! Ask for Jimmy! He is fun, super nice, and thorough not to mention he tackled my voluminous hair for a wash and blowdry like a champ! Definitely coming back to sit in his chair!!
