Ever since moving into Moda North Bay Village last month both Jumery & Madison in the leasing office have handled any inquiry or issue I’ve encountered as Swift-fully and painless as possible. They’ve been a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, the combination of views and amenities in this community simply can’t be beat at this price point.
If could give a zero I would. Paying top dollar to live in a filthy environment. Yes, the views are incredible but they start to lose their beauty when you have to walk through urine contaminated hallways the never get cleaned. Elevators are almost always out of service. Mangement doesn't really care, I don't see them doing anything to resolve the issues. Garbage chutes are almost always overflowing. Don't know what they do with the service fees.
