My first time going to this salon and it was AMAZING! The lady who did my nails did an incredible job with the detail I asked for and the service was amazing she was gentle and kind took her time with the service and made my nails look so good I have never had a better experience in a salon before I never used to like going bcuz I would end up with burns or wounds but I have absolutely none and I feel so beautiful!! Love that they are not greedy, if you come to fix a broken nail, they stand behind their work! That’s why I’m traveling to this specific spa.
My friend and I had 5:00 p.m. appointments for pedicures and full sets. Our pedicures went great, which is the only reason I am leaving two stars rather than one. However, the manicure experience was unacceptable. During my manicure, I was burned several times by the dremel. I complained about the pain, and while Cindy changed the dremel tip to a different one, I did not notice any sort of sanitization happening.
