Great staff, awesome views and downtown living at its best.
I loved living here! Great location just a few blocks from the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and pretty much anything you could possibly need/want. The roof deck was my favorite part about living here, AMAZING views of downtown Seattle. I loved the lounge area with a full kitchen and pool table, the gym was a plus, also has private parking which is convenient. The staff was always super friendly and helpful!!!!
Loved living at Moda, so many good memories there and made good friends in the building, my experience in Seattle wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for Moda. The staff is amazing and they would help you with anything you need. I miss living there.
