I found the alterations to be sufficient, but I found the customer service to be very poor. I've been trying for an extended period of time to pick up an outfit but it seems like the hours are not typical business hours and it's been very hard to do. On the day that I called and was told that I could come pick it up I was then called back and told I couldn't only to find out when I was standing in front of the business.
