I called around noon to schedule for me and my friend for 6pm same day. We arrived at 6:05, and we were seated at the pedi chair. We waited for 40 minutes! During that time, no one filled the water so we can soak our feet, no color book to choose from, basically all the nail technicians were busy with other clients and I have no idea why we were even scheduled that day.
