Wonderful company¿fair¿conscientious and honest! What else could you ask for from a plumbing company? Anyway to cut the story short, throughout the plumbing ordeal, Mock Plumbing did an exemplary job. The licensed plumber kept us updated throughout the process of performing gas pressure test until the time the city/parish sent an inspector to verify that the gas system is safe and working properly; in short they did everything as promised, and much more.
These guys from Mock Plumbing were very responsive and took care of our clogged kitchen drain ASAP. We called the company on a Sunday and a guy over the phone said they could have someone there within the hour. When Mock Plumbing showed up, they checked not just the clogged drain, but the rest of the drains to be sure there wasn't a bigger problem. It is hard to find a good local plumbing company in this city. But after I tried Mock Plumbing, I can now say that I've got one! The guys from Mock Plumbing showed up early, got right to work to fix our sewer line, and cleaned up everything! Mock Plumbing is so far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with.
I have had a hard time with plumbers, and finally I have found a plumbing company that I can count on and most of all, I can trust. Mock Plumbing is a reliable company. Chris who runs Mock Plumbing provides sound advice, and the plumbers did a great job in resolving the issue of damaged water line located under the tub area. I will definitely use Mock Plumbing on a regular basis.
This is a Terrific Plumbing Company! Fast to show up in emergency cases like when our electric water heater is having problems. Seemed to have an excellent knowledge on field to fully access the situation. Professional attitude - much better response and problem solving than others we have dealt with.
By far the most dependable plumbing company in Baton Rouge, LA. Mock Plumbing gives fair quotes and expert workmanship. I hired them recently to fix my water heater and they were able to change one of the heating elements. These guys can also fix anything from a simple clogged drain to plumbing an entire new bathroom. Highly recommended!
The Mock Plumbing team deserves 5 stars for job well done! They were able to unclog the drainage of our main sewer line successfully. I¿ve called other plumbers before them who tried to clear this sewer line but failed. I highly recommend the Mock Plumbing guys who were very professional, honest and timely mannered and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Chris and his team did an excellent job when they cleared the sewer line in our backyard that has been penetrated by tree roots. These plumbers really know what they are doing and expert in their field. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They are so efficient, dedicated, fast and very courteous.
