I¿ve always wanted to have an outdoor shower with hand held shower options that can be used for clean-up. It will be also used for rinsing off after swimming in our backyard. Had been dreading what I assumed would be an expensive plumber visit. Luckily, my friend recommended Mock Plumbing in greater Baton Rouge, LA. These plumbers are not only good but their rates are extremely reasonable compared to other plumbers I've inquired in the past. Now, I will only go for sure to Mock Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
I absolutely agree with most of the reviewers for this company. Mock Plumbing in LA delivered excellent service all around. This is my second time with Chris and his team. These plumbers are great! They replaced a float valve that will not shut-off and also installed tub and shower valves. The rate provided was fair enough and we were extremely satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!
Chris and his team were very responsive and professional in handling the main water line leak in our backyard. I really appreciated the way Mock Plumbing in LA assessed the situation and then came up with flexible ways to approach the problem. This particular leak was leaking at the fitting that screwed into the water meter. The plumbers didn't just suggest we immediately go the most expensive route to repair it. I tell you, I¿ve worked with other plumbing companies in LA before but only Mock Plumbing in LA met my all my expectations. These plumbers are professional, honest and provided expert service. I have a uniquely positive experience with these guys when they installed a bathroom bidet sprayer and re-installed the toilet flange in the leaking toilet on the second floor. I'm excited to use my new air Jacuzzi tub! Mock Plumbing recently installed a deck mounted air Jacuzzi tub with oil rubbed deck mounted faucet plus delta shower valves. Everything looks so wonderful! I really appreciate the Mock Team who worked fast and efficiently. Very Impressive! All the staff members are nice and friendly too. It¿s so heartwarming to find workers that are very respectful and courteous. I picked Mock Plumbing from the BBB website to replace my old kitchen faucet. Prior to the actual work, they gave me advices on buying quality faucets for the kitchen and even for the tub & shower valves since these are used the most. These guys are nice people with great services. They are the only plumbers I will call now for all my plumbing needs.
