Great work from pleasant employees at Mock Plumbing. They made the experience relatively quick and painless.
The owner was prompt and accurate in assessing my plumbing needs to remodel a bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He answered all of my questions and was easy to work with. His work was high quality. I would definitely recommend him!
I took a shot in the dark calling Mock Plumbing and I must say that I have not received service this good from any plumbers hired before. I was able to get an appointment the same day and since I had to leave my job to meet them, they called me 30 minutes before arriving. After explaining my issue, main sewer line, Chris and his helper investigated and gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on (roots in my sewer line) along with options. Mock Plumbing came to my home on time. They did a great job, and I found their rates to be very reasonable. They were very professional and courteous as well.
I called Mock Plumbing because of the high customer ratings but I in no way received that kind of service. Mock came out to fix a leak outside my kitchen windowwindow. I was told the fix was temporary and I would need to replace the pipes by spring. Within days the leak was worse. Icalled to get a quote on the rrepairs and was v told I would v havev a quote by Sunday. No quote. I called again on Monday and was told I would have a quote Monday night. It's Friday and still no quote... no call at all. So much for high reviews. ... read more

As always Chris Mock answered our phone call promptly and had someone out the next day. Their staff is always professional courteous and prompt, as well as thorough and knowledgable.
i.e., A local favoYou sent 2 gentlemen to my house, who were there for less than an hour and charged me $175. They told me at that time that they weren't able to find any problem and they would not recommend replacing any drainange pipes because they didn't think there was an issue. Mock Plumbing delivers! I used them for an outdoor plumbing job (outdoor shower and kitchen) and they were professional, very reliable and offered very competitive pricing. They completed the job quickly even with rain delays. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
