Besides awesome products and quality work, they maintain a relationship with followers by showing community involvement and a higher calling to their hometown. I just unfollowed another page( a wheel maker) that is highly respected with a great product but has resorted to flashing half naked girls on their page ... here I see pride in craftsmanship and tribute to Detroit the home of all of us in the industry, onnthe Detroit Steel page I see awesome product and tributes to customers. I just bought some steel wheels from US Wheels and I found out (after the fact, and they were not helpful at all) that they don’t make trim rings for 20’s. I talked with mobsteel and they were extremely helpful. They set me up with a set and I just put them on today. Look awesome! I should have bought from them in the first place...
Adam and Pam (and their team) are everything that is GREAT about Detroit. They are hard working, loyal, creative, nostalgic, knowledgeable, passionate and fun. I've known them both for a VERY long time and couldn't recommend them or their work more highly. I mean, I remember...Adam trying to talk to me about renovating cars since before he was old enough to drive one! And working with a guy who is THAT passionate about what he does...well...it's just a joy.
