We called the clinic to request information on pet physiotherapy for our cat, Rusko. The team was extremely helpful, compassionate and took the time to explain all of the options and how the process works. A special mention to Yoshi and Sarah for all of their help. You can tell that the staff truly care about animals!
We took our dog here after her TPLO surgery. Dr Tina assessed her for her very first visit and was so understanding and accommodating about our dog’s shy and fearful demeanour (despite already on calming medications beforehand). The team here is overall so willing to adapt to fear free handling and is open to adjusting her treatment plan according to her anxiety, which i am so thankful for since my dog is shy around strangers. I highly recommend!
Slowly and surely my pup will recover. They are lovely folks who truly believe in their work. Its great to see thevprogress my dog has made in 2 sessions.
