Horrendous service by AYAZ MOHAMMED and his company. Tried to schedule an emergency service for a patient who experienced fall and these IDIOTS kept telling us that the tech was almost there and kept dragging the show until midnight though our first contact was at 10 AM in the morning. A bunch of FOOLS sit by their customer service desk to answer calls who do not even have basic understanding about operations and orders. Horrible experience trying to receive ultrasound service from this company. A technician was supposed to contact me for an appt time for Saturday. No one did so I called Sat morning, I was told the tech would call me in 15 mins to schedule. No one called I called several more times with no helpful information and all attitude. During the last call at 5:44pm I was then told "By law for us to serve a patient the y must be bed ridden and therefore unable to leave, therefore we can show up when we are available and do not need t... read more
