Great experience – A couple weeks back I decided to get an iPhone hookup for my car. I called a few places and Mobile West was the only place I got a good vibe from over the phone. That was about 9:45am. They got me in around 11:30 THAT DAY and I told them I had to work at 2:00 and wondered if I should come back the next day for my car. Great experience at Mobile West – I had a great experience at Mobile West. My car speakers weren't working, and they determined that the problem was with the radio, not the speakers. They installed a new radio right away, and the price was very reasonable. Matt was very helpful, and the service was great oveall.
Great expierence – Well I went on in because i saw so many great reviews. I am a guy who gets somewhat overwhelmed buying a big purchase. I got some equipment off the web and went in and was asking questions on if i should buy an amp or not. This is where i was amazed. he said since you got your headunit from the interent he wouldnt reccomend the amp because it might fry the car. Best in the Business – This place is tops! Peter helped make a sound system for my car that has amazing clarity...and lots of power! Excellent customer service – I decided to switch out my seven year old factory stereo for something that I could connect my iPod to and which included Bluetooth hands-free support. Peter spent a lot of time explaining feature sets and helping me compare several available options. He was very patient and didn't pressure me at all.
