This business could benefit from a training session in 1)sales, 2) installation, 3)customer service, 4)integrity... From start to finish, my experience was the worst (no exaggeration here) of any in my long life. If I could put a flashing, neon warning light at the entrance to Mobile West, it would read: This Business is Toxic - Enter at Your Own Risk). After reading all the reviews on car stereo installation shops, I ALMOST chose Mobile West first, but instead took my brand new Challenger to Car Stereo City in SE Portland near Mall 205- and OMG WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS!!! $850 dollars later, and promises from the salesman that my car would sound absolutely incredible....well guess what, it did sound incredible...INCREDIBLY BAD!!! Peter and crew are Fantastic! Honest, enthusiastic, and highly skilled. I just had my 2011 wrx dynamated and it's a whole new driving experience. This is my third visit to Mobil West and I am a huge fan. Peter knows his stuff inside and out. No up selling whatsoever. Absolute Integrity and a Truly Customer Oriented Business! – My experience with Mobile West wasn't typical, we had an installation done and there were several issues. Despite this Pete and his staff continued to do everything they could to ensure we were happy customers. The customer service and passion that Pete has for his customers is second to none. Wonderful Service – I am visiting Portland and got a Google Coupon for an iPod connection in my car radio system, which I have always wanted and thought I couldn't have. I was a little skeptical that I could get such a great deal for the price, but decided to go ahead and trust both Google and Mobile West. I was very impressed with the professional service, the quick turnaround and the friendly techs. I love my new system. I would definitely go back for any and all car audio work.

Best car audio shop on the planet – After some frustratingly bad experiences dealing with immature and unknowledgable salespeople in a competitor's shop, I happened upon Peter and Phil at MWC. Great Service - Nice People – Took my car into Mobile West to see if they could un-jam my 6-slot CD player. I pulled in and within minutes they had the CD player out and going to work. Left my car and in less than 2-hours it was good to go. No selling me a new stereo or having to re-build it or anything. Just great service and they delivered what they promised. I really appreciate doing business with a local company that does what they say they are going to do, and they stand behind it. Thanks Matt, Pete, and Phil!

Great Customer Service And Mobile Audio! – Mobile West in Portland Oregon is by far the best place to get all mobile audio equipment and installation! There customer service is exceptional along with installers with decades of experience. Do yourself a favor and forget all the chain mobile audio shops and go to mobile west, you won't regret it! best in town, no doubt – I have had plenty of work done at mobile west and have been very satisfied every time. On my last visit i had to have some things replaced and was quoted a price. When i returned to pick up my car the actual price was significantly higher but Peter still charged me the quoted price. I also transitioned from 2 10's to 2 12's and they bought the 10" box back from me. overall my experiences here have been great and i would definitely recommend that you stop by!
