Very efficient and well organized.
There is no PERFECT anything but the professional service rendered during my 2nd Cataract surgery (left eye) warranted 5 stars. The surgical team, Jameson, Cassie and Keith rocked. Keith sang and said I didn't look or sound like a 75 year old, he gave me a 55. Okay so, he certainly helped earning that 5 star. Maggie (post-op team) was excellent and spoke so kind as if I were a friend. And then there's Dr. Zloty, great bedside manners and an awesome surgeon. The staff members were prompt and amiable, and they communicated clearly about everything that was occurring and what my next steps would be.
1st impression lady named Judy. Absolutely horrible rude voice raising arguing with me my va prescriptions telling me they aren't prescriptions. Not returning calls same lady Judy. Not updating information ation in the system. Actually made me scared of what going there would be like so to be fair I would rate her a negative one. Day of check in staff wonderful paper work wrist band easy great lady. Nurses in the back wonderful caring. So the rest of the staff definitely a 4.
