Call around 3:30 and it goes to an "after hours" line of nothing. Call the next day and select the "have us call you back in the order your call was received" just to never get a call. Call again 3 hours later and finally get to speak to a human. Crappy way to run a business.
These people are sneaky crooks!! Dont believe the monthly rate they quote you. They bill you for 13 months per year, so the quote they give you is not what you pay. That is the most underhanded disgusting practice I've ever heard of. And once you have the unit on site and filled, its difficult to make a switch. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
